    1. State-of-the-art processing and packing plant in Patzún, Guatemala
    2. 310 hectares of acquired or contracted organic farming land (partially certified)

    1. Signed 10 year exclusive contract with Maresba for the use of 28,000 m2 (300,000 ft2) packing and processing plant in General Roca, Argentina (Patagonia Region)

    Peter Gianulis

    Founder, President & CEO
    1. 20+ years of experience in consumer sector, particularly inthe natural products and organic food industry. Invested in and advised more than 20 companies in the sector including Whole Foods, Hain Celestial Foods, Wild Oats, SunOpta, and United Natural Foods.
    2. Founder of Carrelton Asset Management, an asset management and PE firm specializing in small and micro-­‐cap companies with the mandate to invest in the natural product, consumer, and mining sectors.
    3. MBA from Cornell University in International Business with a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from UCSD

    1. 20+ years experience in agricultural and food industries for conventional and organic operations.
    2. Consultant with McKinsey and partner at Hermes Management Consulting, with over 25 years of experience working in Latin America.
    3. MBA from Cornell University in Operations and Strategy with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from University of Buenos Aires.

    1. Dynamic Dutch entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in the global convenonal & organic food industry.
    2. Founder of Pure Nature Organics and its “Pure Nature” brand in 2003 and grew the company + $35 million in sales. Pure Nature was acquired by SunOpta in 2009
    3. Vast experience in managing all facets of an international food company: Operations, Processing, Logistics, Pricing, Sales, Strategies, Product Development and Packaging among others.
    4. MBA from European University in International Management with BBA and BIS from Antwerp.
  • Richard Groome

    Richard Groome

    Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Business Development
    1. 30+ years experience in financing emerging growth companies in North America. Particularly well versed in startups and early stage companies, ​Mr. Groome has devoted many years to building companies from scratch including two securities dealers and has had a desired focus in the organic foods space.
    2. BA in Economics from McGill University.
    3. Has actively managed or participated in over 400 financings representing some $4 billion of small cap financings.
    4. Very active in numerous philanthropic projects most notably underprivileged children and helping to support the protection of the environment.

    1. In charge of our importing and distribution business (Organto B.V.) in Europe based in Breda
    2. Rients brings over 15 years of experience in the produce and organic food industry. Particularly in business development & managing overseas supply programs into key European Retailers.
    3. Extensive experience as entrepreneur in the fresh food & FMCG sectors in Europe & East Africa
    4. Perviously worked in various management & business development roles for Total Produce & Finlays
